The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Julianna at check-in, who accommodated my early arrival. The breakfast offered a lovely selection of baked goods and beverages, all while the location made it easy to explore the historical city center on foot.

I stayed for a night while exploring the nearby attractions like the Civic Museum of Bozen and the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology. The room was impressively clean and the staff were very accommodating. I appreciated the buffet-style meals, which brought back memories of my college days. The central location made my walks to the local sights really easy and enjoyable.

Location: the hotel was close enough to a pedestrian area, the train station, the pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and shopping and city centre, bus stop, railway. Old Town district was worth staying in.

well-maintained accommodation with excellent setting not far from train station and the cathedral as well as the runkelstein castle. very very helpful staff all over the place. absolutely excellent breakfast, with lots of food.
